The practice operates six days a week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with telehealth available for those who can't make it in person. Yes. Telehealth is available for clients who prefer remote sessions or cannot easily travel to a clinic location. This service is available across True Care's New Jersey service area, including Paterson, Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, South Amboy, Toms River, Flemington, and Oak Ridge.
True Care offers psychiatric assessments, behavior assessments, medication monitoring, individual counseling, family counseling, and outpatient mental health programs. All services are provided by licensed psychiatrists and board-certified APNs.
True Care is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They are closed on Sundays.
